1. COMMENCEMENT AND PROBATION
1.1 The Employee's employment commences on the start date stated above.
1.2 The Employee will serve a probation period of months, during which either party may terminate on one week's written notice, subject to applicable law.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Employee shall keep confidential all confidential information of the Employer, use it only for performing duties, and not disclose it except as required by law or with written consent.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property created by the Employee in the course of employment vests in the Employer. The Employee will execute documents necessary to give effect to this assignment.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement on weeks' written notice, subject to applicable law and any probation provisions.
8.2 The Employer may summarily dismiss the Employee for serious misconduct or other lawful grounds under applicable labour law.
9. GENERAL
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Employee's employment. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in force. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Electronic signatures are valid.
